Why Ravenwings?

The raven figures prominently in mythology from Sumeria to Ireland, from Vikings to Pacific Northwest cultures. Some of these stories paint a dark picture of the raven, associating it with undesirable qualities. 

But what we like is Raven as an agent of change, transforming the world from a place of eternal darkness to a world full of light and wonder by releasing the sun and moon and stars into the sky.
